Placing an order
These terms apply to consumer purchases from lithoglow.co.uk. Please check your basket, selected sizes or variants, contact information and delivery address before completing payment. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract, or have a parent or guardian place the order.
By submitting an order you offer to buy the selected goods. We accept the order when we send confirmation that it has been accepted for preparation or dispatch; an automated payment acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it.
Stock, pricing or listing errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a material error, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of the terms for your records.
Products and personalisation
Read the individual listing for dimensions, materials, compatibility, included parts and any use or care instructions. 3D printing can produce visible layer lines and small finish variations; screen settings can also affect colour appearance. Those normal characteristics do not excuse a defect or a material difference from the description.
Check any personalisation or bespoke specifications carefully before submitting them. We will identify genuinely personalised goods and any change-of-mind cancellation exception before purchase. Standard products do not lose cancellation rights simply because we print them after you order.
Use products only for their stated purpose and follow supplied installation and care instructions. Brand names used to explain compatibility belong to their respective owners; a compatibility reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Prices and secure payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. Promotion codes, when available, are applied at checkout and are subject to their stated conditions.
Payment is collected through Stripe’s hosted checkout. The available payment methods are shown there. LithoGlow receives the transaction details needed to process your order, but does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Do not send these details by email.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our shipping and delivery policy explains destinations, charges, timing and responsibility for parcels. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days.
Our returns and refunds policy explains the 14-day cancellation right for standard goods, the further 14 days to return them, return costs, refund timing and the exception for genuinely personalised goods. It includes a cancellation form and your rights for faulty goods. These policies form part of these terms.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your consumer rights and for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with the description remain in place.
Using the website and your information
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Protect your sign-in details and tell us if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.
Website designs, copy and images belong to LithoGlow or their respective rights holders. You may view them for shopping and personal use; other copying or commercial reuse requires the rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing, and our cookie policy explains browser storage and optional analytics.
Complaints, law and changes
If there is a problem, email info@lithoglow.co.uk or write to our business address with your order reference, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and explain our response and available next steps.
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live elsewhere in the UK, this does not take away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later website changes do not retrospectively change an existing order without your agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.
