Where we ship

United Kingdom: We currently ship across the UK.

International: Not available yet. (If/when we add it, we’ll update this page.)
Order processing (made-to-order)
Every piece is custom-made. We craft your litho photo frame after you place the order.

Processing time: Typically 3–7 working days before dispatch. (Hand-made: we don’t offer rush production.)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Heads-up: During peak dates (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas), processing may be at the longer end of the window.
Shipping options & rates (UK)

Standard Tracked (2–5 working days in transit): £4.00 flat rate per order.

Heavier orders: Our products are under 1kg; if your order exceeds this, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
All orders include tracking. You’ll get your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
Delivery address & changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

If you need to change it, contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped, we may not be able to amend it.
Missed deliveries & returned parcels
If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, we can rearrange shipment once it arrives back. A re-shipping fee may apply (same as the original shipping rate).
Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 working days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

A replacement or refund will be considered once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
Damaged items on arrival
We pack carefully, but if your order arrives damaged:

Keep the packaging, and
-
Email us within 7 days with your order number, photos of the item and the packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Packaging & sustainability
We use snug, protective packaging sized for our frames to minimise damage and reduce waste.
Customs, VAT & duties (for future international shipping)
For UK orders, the price you pay at checkout includes UK taxes. If/when we offer international shipping, any import duties or local taxes would be the customer’s responsibility.
